Angel Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe

• 1 cream together shortening, sugars, egg and vanilla.
• 2 add dry ingredients (except nuts).
• 3 mix well and stir in nuts.
• 4 drop on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
