Angel Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 cream butter and shortening.
• 2 blend sugars, add egg.
• 3 mix flour and baking soda and cream of tartar.
• 4 add vanilla.
• 5 drop dough by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
• 6 press down.
• 7 put fork in sugar before pressing.
• 8 bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
