Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons anise extract
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix flour, almonds and salt, set aside.
- 3 beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- 4 blend in egg and extract.
- 5 gradually mix in flour mixture.
- 6 drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- 7 bake 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
