Butterfinger Cookies

Total Time: 1 hr 12 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup crisco
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ounces butterfinger candy bars, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 cream crisco and sugar together.beat in egg, and sift flour with dry ingredients.
  • 2 chop candy bar into rather small pieces.
  • 3 sprinkle flour mixture over candy bar pieces.and combine with creamed mixture --
  • 4 chill for about 1 hour and then drop onto greased cookie sheets.
  • 5 bake at 350* for about 12 minutes.do not overbake.most cookies will continue to bake after removing from oven for just a bit -- .
