Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 cream butter abd sugar until smooth.
• 2 add egg and vanilla.
• 3 in a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt, add to creamed mixture.
• 4 place on cookie sheets 1 tbsp 2 inches apart.
• 5 bake at 375°f for 15 minutes/ let cool.
