Caramel-chocolate Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crushed cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
- 4 teaspoons butter, melted
- 20 caramels
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, divided
- 2 cuos chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 combine cookie crumbs and butter.
- 2 press onto the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate.
- 3 bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minuites or until set.
- 4 cool completely on a wire rack.
- 5 in a saucepan, melt caramels with 1/4 cup cream, over low heat.
- 6 stir until blended.
- 7 remove from the heat.
- 8 stir in pecans.
- 9 spread evenly over crust.
- 10 refrigerate for 10 minutes or until set.
- 11 in a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips with remaining cream.
- 12 drizzle over the caramel layer.
- 13 refrigerate for at least 1 hour, before serving.
