caramel cookie cups

Ingredients
- 1/2 large cream cheese
- 1 cup oleo
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package caramels
- 1/2 cup pet evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup canned milk
- chopped nuts (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix first 3 ingredients.
- 2 roll in balls and form little crusts in tart pans.
- 3 bake 350 degrees for 15 mins.
- 4 'then mix caramel filling until smooth over low heat.
- 5 fill cups with filling.
- 6 cream first four ingredients for icing.
- 7 add milk a little at a time.
- 8 mix until smooth.
- 9 put on top and sprinkle with nuts (optional).
