Chocolate Chip Pan Cookie (wilton Heart Pan)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 spray pan with vegetable pan spray.
- 3 in large bowl, with electric mixer, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- 4 add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- 5 stir in flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
- 6 stir in chocolate chips.
- 7 oil your hands and pat dough into pan almost to the edges. you can now sprinkle with sugar in you want a "sparkly" finish and plan not to decorate.
- 8 bake 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown.
- 9 cool on rack for 5 minutes.
- 10 put cooling rack over top of cookie and gently flip to remove cookie.
- 11 let cool completely before cutting on decorating.
