Ingredients
- 125 g butter (softened)
- 50 g sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 3 drops vanilla essence
- 175 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 g dark chocolate (chopped)
Recipe
- 1 cream butter, sugar and condensed milk; add essence.
- 2 add dry ingredients and chopped chocolate.
- 3 roll into small balls.
- 4 place on greased trays.
- 5 flatten with a fork.
- 6 bake 15 minutes or until golden at 180c degrees.
