Chocolate Cloud Pie

Ingredients

• 1 ready-made chocolate cookie pie crust
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 2 (8 ounce) packages philadelphia cream cheese, softened
• 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 6 baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate squares, melted, cooled slightly

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325ºf.
• 2 beat cream cheese, both sugars, and vanilla until well blended. add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. blend in chocolate; pour into crust.
• 3 bake 35 minute cool completely. store leftover pie in frige.
