Chocolate Coconut Shortbread Slice

Ingredients

- 125 g butter
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 3 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven for 300*f.
- 2 8.
- 3 in a bowl, mix butter and caster sugar until creamy.
- 4 add self-raising flour, coconut, pinch of salt and mix well.
- 5 grease a square slab pan with butter.
- 6 press evenly into prepared pan.
- 7 bake until the top gets nice and brown color.
- 8 while baking biscuits base, prepare icing for the top.
- 9 mix all icing ingredients well.
- 10 when biscuits base baked, spread icing mixture all over the top while base is still hot.
- 11 cool in pan.
- 12 cut into pieces and eat!
