Cindy's Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup crisco
- 3/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 mix flour and baking powder.
- 2 cut in butter with fork or pastry cutter (or hands :).
- 3 use a fork to beat in milk gradually to form a ball.
- 4 on a lightly floured surface, flatten dough to 3/4 inch.
- 5 using a biscuit cutter or small rimmed glass dipped in flour, cut out biscuits.
- 6 place biscuits on cookie tray or baking stone and bake at 425 for approx 8-10min (top will golden slightly).
