Cindy's Jumbo Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
• 4 teaspoons milk
• 2 cups flour

Recipe

• 1 beat eggs, sugar, and butter well.
• 2 add remaining ingredients and mix well.
• 3 chill dough at least 1 hour.
• 4 roll out and cut into shapes.
• 5 bake at 350° for approximately 10 minutes.
• 6 easy decorating hint: sprinkle with colored sugar before baking.
