Curried Seafood Puffs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 (7 ounce) can crab or 1 (7 ounce) can shrimp
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 -2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400.
- 2 in saucepan melt butter in.
- 3 boiling water.
- 4 reduce heat to low and add flour.
- 5 and salt stirring until mixture is a smooth ball.
- 6 remove from heat and add eggs one at a time beating well by hand after each addition.
- 7 drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet.
- 8 bake.
- 9 and cool then cut in half.
- 10 fill puffs with mixed.
- 11 seafood filling and replace tops.
- 12 heat before serving.
- 13 puffs may be made ahead and frozen.
