Curried Seafood Puffs

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (7 ounce) can crab or 1 (7 ounce) can shrimp
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 -2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400.
  • 2 in saucepan melt butter in.
  • 3 boiling water.
  • 4 reduce heat to low and add flour.
  • 5 and salt stirring until mixture is a smooth ball.
  • 6 remove from heat and add eggs one at a time beating well by hand after each addition.
  • 7 drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet.

  • 13 puffs may be made ahead and frozen.
