Custard Tarts

Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 preformed miniature tart shells (frozen)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350f.
- 2 combine eggs, sugar, milk and salt, beat well till fluffy.
- 3 place tart shells on a cookie sheet.
- 4 spoon filling into tart shells, filling nearly to the top.
- 5 bake 20-30 minutes or till tart filling cracks.
- 6 can be topped with a fresh strawberry slice or a raspberry.
