Custard Tarts

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 12 preformed miniature tart shells (frozen)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350f.
  • 2 combine eggs, sugar, milk and salt, beat well till fluffy.
  • 3 place tart shells on a cookie sheet.
  • 4 spoon filling into tart shells, filling nearly to the top.
  • 5 bake 20-30 minutes or till tart filling cracks.
  • 6 can be topped with a fresh strawberry slice or a raspberry.
