- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar or 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together well.
- 2 pinch bits of dough and place on a cookie sheet.
- 3 flatten with a fork. bake in 350 oven for 10-12 minutes, or until light brown.
