Cloudberry Cream Ii

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
• 4 tablespoons vanilla sugar
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1/2 cup cloudberries, plus a few for garnish

Recipe

• 1 whip the cream and sugar, add almond extract.
• 2 gently fold in the cloudberries.
• 3 pour into a nice bowl and decorate with cloudberries.
• 4 may be served with krumkaker or almond flavored cookies or used between layers of a torte.
