- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup cloudberries, plus a few for garnish
Recipe
- 1 whip the cream and sugar, add almond extract.
- 2 gently fold in the cloudberries.
- 3 pour into a nice bowl and decorate with cloudberries.
- 4 may be served with krumkaker or almond flavored cookies or used between layers of a torte.
