Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons lard
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup jam
Recipe
- 1 mix together all ingredients except jam into a smooth dough.
- 2 form into 1 1/2-inch balls.
- 3 with the handle of a wooden spoon make an indentation in the center of each.
- 4 bake in a preheated 275 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
- 5 fill centers with jam.
