Cocoa Cherry Spritz Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, at room temperature
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon cherry extract
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 2 cups all-purpose flour

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
• 2 beat butter until light and fluffy.
• 3 add sugar and continue beating until blended.
• 4 beat in egg yolks.
• 5 beat in vanilla extract.
• 6 beat in cherry extract.
• 7 beat in cocoa.
• 8 add flour and mix well.
• 9 using cookie press, press cookies out onto an ungreased baking sheet.
• 10 bake about 8 minutes, or until tops are dry but not browned.
