Aunt Fran's Polish Kolaezki

Ingredients

• 1 lb butter
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 4 cups flour
• fruit filling (i use solo poppyseed, apricot, etc)
• powdered sugar (to sprinkle on cooled cookies)

Recipe

• 1 mix cream cheese and butter.
• 2 add flour until well combined.
• 3 roll into balls about the size of walnuts; flatten with bottom of floured drinking glass.
• 4 make depression in center with floured shot glass.
• 5 fill indentation with desired filling.
• 6 bake at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
• 7 sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar when cooled.
