Bakewise Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 7/8 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/3 cup canola oil
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 2 large eggs
• 1 large egg yolk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 mix dry ingredients, set aside.
• 2 melt chocolate, set aside.
• 3 mix remaining ingredients with paddle attachment, then on low beat in melted chocolate and flour mixture.
• 4 chill dough for several hours.
• 5 roll cookies into small balls and roll in powdered sugar.
• 6 bake 12-14 minutes on 325.
