Better 4 You - Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 cup splenda sugar blend for baking
- 3/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
- 2 cups i can't believe it's not butterâ® spread
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 6 egg whites
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 (10 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix together flour, baking soda and salt - set aside.
- 3 cream together butter blend, both splenda sugars and vanilla extract.
- 4 mix egg whites and yolks together then slowly blend into creamed butter/sugar mixture.
- 5 slowly add flour mixture to butter/sugar mixture, until no flour is visably seenin the bowl.
- 6 stir in the chocolate chips
- 7 using a tsp, drop dough on to ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 11 minutes.
- 8 remove from oven and let cool. cookie will be light and fluffy.
