Buffalo Chicken Pizza (single)

Ingredients
- 9 ounces pizza crusts, mama mary's thin & crispy (or similar)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 chicken breast, grilled and cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon buffalo wing sauce, ken's brand
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing, ken's brand
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup cheddar cheese or 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350f; brush pizza crust with olive oil. mix chicken and wing sauce; spread on pizza crust. add chopped celery, drizzle with blue cheese dressing, top with shredded cheese. bake on baking stone or cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes until edges of crust and cheese are slightly brown.
