Chocolate Marshmallow Madness - Cocoa Krispies Dessert!

Ingredients

• 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
• 3 cups cocoa krispiesâ® cereal
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows

Recipe

• 1 in 3-quart saucepan, melt chocolate and shortening over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
• 2 remove from heat.
• 3 add cocoa krispie cereal and marshmallows to chocolate mixture.
• 4 stir until well coated.
• 5 spread mixture evenly into 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
• 6 chill until firm.
• 7 cut into squares.
• 8 store covered in refrigerator.
