Chocolate Raspberry Slice

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 cup raspberry jam

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180°c.
  • 2 melt butter and add to sifted flour, cocoa and icing sugar.
  • 3 keep 1/3 of mix aside, press the rest into a greased tray.
  • 4 top with jam.
  • 5 crumble the rest of the mix over the top, press lightly.
  • 6 bake 20-30 mins till golden.
  • 7 cut into fingers while warm.
