Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 250 g butter
- 1 cup raspberry jam
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180°c.
- 2 melt butter and add to sifted flour, cocoa and icing sugar.
- 3 keep 1/3 of mix aside, press the rest into a greased tray.
- 4 top with jam.
- 5 crumble the rest of the mix over the top, press lightly.
- 6 bake 20-30 mins till golden.
- 7 cut into fingers while warm.
