Chocolate Rum Balls

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 cup malibu rum
- 2 cups oreo cookie crumbs
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut
Recipe
- 1 melt the chocolate on the stove, mix in remaining ingredients except coconut.
- 2 i find it easier to roll after it sits in the fridge overnight.
- 3 roll into balls, size of your choice, and roll in fine ground coconut.
- 4 store in freezer.
