Chocolate Silk Pie

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crumbled fat free sugar-free devil's food cookies
  • 3 tablespoons soy margarine, melted
  • 2 cups soft silken tofu
  • 3/4 cup sugar or 3/4 cup natural artificial sweetener
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 put cookie crumbs in the bottom of a lightly oiled 9" pie pan.
  • 2 add melted soy margarine, and toss with a fork to blend.
  • 3 press crumb mixture to the bottom and up the sides of the pie pan.
  • 4 bake for 5 minutes to set.
  • 5 remove from oven and let cool.
  • 6 in a blender, combine remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
  • 7 pour filling mixture into the crust.
  • 8 refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
