Chocolate Snowball Cookies - Christmas

Ingredients

• 1 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup butter, plus
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 cup evaporated milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1 cup walnuts

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325.
• 2 mix 1 cup confectionary sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. set aside.
• 3 cream butter until fluffy.
• 4 beat in evaporated milk and vanilla.
• 5 add dry ingredients and nuts. mix well.
• 6 shape into 1" balls.
• 7 bake for 15-20 minutes.
• 8 roll immediately in vanilla and confectionary sugar mixture.
• 9 let cool.
