Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 ounces chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 cream room temperature butter and sugars until lightened and fluffy.
• 2 add eggs and vanilla, scrape down and mix well.
• 3 add flour, salt and soda, mix until about half combined.
• 4 add chocolate chips, mix until combined.
• 5 portion with a 1.5 ounce scoop for 5 dozen cookies.
• 6 portion with a 1 ounce scoop for 7 dozen cookies.
• 7 bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
