Death By Triple-chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon sweetened hot cocoa mix
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup miniature dark chocolate chips
• multicoloured candy sprinkles (optional)

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350f degrees. line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
• 2 beat the butter and sugars together, followed by the egg and vanilla.
• 3 in a separate small bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, hot cocoa mix, baking soda, and salt.
• 4 pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix to combine.
• 5 fold in the chocolate chips.
• 6 divide dough in two and place on the baking sheet in tall mounds.
• 7 add sprinkles on top if desired.
• 8 bake for 15-16 minutes.
• 9 cool completely on baking sheet.
