- 1/2 lb cheese, grated (very sharp n.y. cheese)
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 teaspoon red pepper (scant)
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and cheese. add salt , pepper and flour.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 roll thin.
- 4 cut in desired shapes.
- 5 place on cookie sheet and bake in 425 degree oven until very light brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
