Chocolate Covered Cherry Protein Packed Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups soy flour
- 3 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup dried tart cherry, chopped
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons margarine spread
Recipe
- 1 combines egg, splenda, applesauce, and butter spread.
- 2 add protein shake powder, soy flour, salt, oats, soda.
- 3 after blended add cherries and chocolate chips.
