Chocolate Covered Cherry Protein Packed Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups soy flour
  • 3 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup dried tart cherry, chopped
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons margarine spread

Recipe

  • 1 combines egg, splenda, applesauce, and butter spread.
  • 2 add protein shake powder, soy flour, salt, oats, soda.
  • 3 after blended add cherries and chocolate chips.
  • 4 drop cookies onto cookie sheets.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
