Chipotle Lime Chickpeas

- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chipotle chiles in adobo
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
- 1 dash garlic powder (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 in a medium sized bowl, stir together the chipotles in adobo sauce, honey, lime juice, salt, and optional garlic powder. stir well to combine.
- 3 add cooked chickpeas. stir gently to coat.
- 4 place the cooked chickpeas on a cookie sheet that has sides. hipotle mixture over the chickpeas and stir to coat.
- 5 cook them for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, til crispy.
- 6 cool the chickpeas before eating.
