Chocolate Rounds

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 tablespoons water
• 2 (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
• 2 cups bisquick baking mix
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 2 -3 tablespoons water

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350*.
• 2 mix shortening, sugar, eggs, vanilla, water and chocolate. stir in 2 cups baking mix and nuts.
• 3 drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
• 4 bake 15 minutes. cool and frost with quick chocolate frosting.
• 5 quick chocolate frosting:.
• 6 blend powdered sugar, cocoa and 2-3 tblsp. of water.
