Bearnaise Bread (bread Machine/ Abm)

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr 30 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tarragon (dried)
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons dijon mustard (sharp recommended)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tablespoons tarragon vinegar (sub vinegar plus extra tarragon)
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 add the ingredients into your bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions. process on wheat or medium setting, or do a dough cycle and shape into a loaf, baking on parchment paper on a cookie sheet for 30-35 minutes at 375°f.
