Cheddar Straws

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, at room temperature
- 8 tablespoons butter, unsalted, softened
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 375.
- 2 combine flour and cayenne pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
- 3 combine cheese and butter in food processor/ mixer until smooth.
- 4 add flour mixture and mix until well combined.
- 5 make straws using a cookie press or roll doungh to 1/8 inch and cut into small strips.
- 6 bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
