Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups margarine (imperial)
• 3 cups brown sugar (packed)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla (heaping)
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 5 cups unbleached flour
• 24 ounces chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• 2 mix together margarine and sugars.
• 3 mix in eggs and vanilla.
• 4 stir together dry ingredients separately and mix in to wet ingredients.
• 5 slowly stir in chocolate chips.
• 6 drop cookies on baking sheets covered with parchment paper. bake for about 8 minutes or until cookies are just brown.
