Butterscotch Toffee Pecan Cookies

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 1/4 cups flour, sifted
  • 1/2 cup heath candy bar, chopped
  • 1 (11 ounce) package butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients together.
  • 2 in a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and vanilla.
  • 3 add the egg and beat until fluffy.
  • 4 add the dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
  • 5 stir in chopped heath bars, butterscotch chips and nuts.
  • 6 drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets.
  • 7 bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
