Butterscotch Toffee Pecan Cookies

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/4 cups flour, sifted
- 1/2 cup heath candy bar, chopped
- 1 (11 ounce) package butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients together.
- 2 in a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and vanilla.
- 3 add the egg and beat until fluffy.
- 4 add the dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
- 5 stir in chopped heath bars, butterscotch chips and nuts.
- 6 drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets.
- 7 bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
