Chocolate Chunk Cookies (low Fat/low Calorie)

Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup splenda granular
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup smart balance light butter spread
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chunks
Recipe
- 1 combine sugars, butter, eggs whites, and vanilla til creamy.
- 2 combine the flours, oats, soda, and salt and add to butter mixture.
- 3 stir just until moistened -- do not overmix.
- 4 stir in chocolate pieces.
- 5 drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart on baking sheets that have been sprayed with nonstick spray.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
- 7 remove cookies to racks to cool.
