Chicken Breast In Foil

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 small onion, cut into thin slices
• 1 -2 garlic clove, sliced
• 2 tablespoons basil
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup honey
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 lightly spray sheet of foil with cooking spray.
• 2 place one slightly flattened breast in middle of sheet.
• 3 add a few onion slices and garlic cloves.
• 4 sprinkle with basil (note: i had fresh basil on hand, but use whatever seasoning you like).
• 5 salt and pepper to taste.
• 6 spread a few thin slices of butter on top.
• 7 drizzle with honey.
• 8 seal foil so not touching ingredients.
• 9 place foil packets on cookie sheet.
• 10 repeat for other 3 breasts.
• 11 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
