Cream Puffs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- icing sugar
Recipe
- 1 in a medium saucepan combine margarine, water and salt.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 add flour all at once, stirring vigorously.
- 4 cook and stir till mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
- 5 remove from heat.
- 6 cool 10 minutes.
- 7 add eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon after each addition until smooth.
- 8 drop batter by heaping tablespoons, 3 inches apart, onto a greased cookie sheet.
- 9 bake at 400 f for 30-35 minutes, or until golden.
- 10 cool on a wire rack.
- 11 slice puffs in half and remove any soft dough inside.
- 12 fill with whipped cream.
- 13 replace tops.
- 14 lightly sift icing sugar over tops.
