Chocolate Toffee Crunch Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup toffee pieces
Recipe
- 1 in a stand up mixer, beat together butter and sugar.
- 2 add in eggs and vanilla and mix until well mixed.
- 3 in a bowl sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
