Chocolate Unscotti

Ingredients

• 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 line a baking sheet with parchment paper
• 3 whisk flour, cocoa, soda,powder and salt and set aside.
• 4 beat butter and sugar well
• 5 add in eggs and vanilla till blended
• 6 next beat in flour mixture
• 7 form into ball and wrap in plastic place in fridge for 30 minutes.
• 8 roll onto flour surface cut with a 2 inch round cookie cutter
• 9 place on baking sheet about 1/2 inch apart
• 10 bake 8 minutes.
• 11 cool 5 minutes.
• 12 place on cooling rack.
