Chocolate Truffle Mousse Pie

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 12 ounces oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 14 ounces light coconut milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 combine crumbs and butter, press into a 9 inch pie pan (bottom and sides) and bake for 5 minutes.
  • 3 for the filling combine light coconut milk and melted chocolate in a blender and belnd about 30 seconds until smooth.
