- 12 ounces oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 14 ounces light coconut milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 combine crumbs and butter, press into a 9 inch pie pan (bottom and sides) and bake for 5 minutes.
- 3 for the filling combine light coconut milk and melted chocolate in a blender and belnd about 30 seconds until smooth.
