Breadsticks For Dips (bread Machine)

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt (i use kosher)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 3 teaspoons yeast (i use the jarred stuff)
Recipe
- 1 put ingredients in the bread maker in the order listed.
- 2 set to dough setting.
- 3 after the machine has finished, punch down dough and divide into 16 equal pieces.
- 4 roll each piece into a breadstick shape. place onto a cookie sheet lightly dusted with cornmeal to prevent sticking.
- 5 let rise for 30-45 minutes - till doubled.
- 6 bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes - till golden brown.
