Breadsticks For Dips (bread Machine)

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt (i use kosher)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 3 teaspoons yeast (i use the jarred stuff)

Recipe

  • 1 put ingredients in the bread maker in the order listed.
  • 2 set to dough setting.
  • 3 after the machine has finished, punch down dough and divide into 16 equal pieces.
  • 4 roll each piece into a breadstick shape. place onto a cookie sheet lightly dusted with cornmeal to prevent sticking.
  • 5 let rise for 30-45 minutes - till doubled.
  • 6 bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes - till golden brown.
