Chewy M & M Cookies

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup butter, room temperature
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons boiling water
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup candy (m&m's)

Recipe

• 1 cream together butter, brown sugar and eggs. add boiling water.
• 2 in a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. add to wet ingredients.
• 3 gently stir in m&m's.
• 4 use an ice cream scoop to make jumbo cookies, or drop from a tablespoon to make regular size cookies.
• 5 bake at 375f for 18 minutes for jumbo or 10-12 minutes for regular - size cookies.
