Chewy Chocolate Weetbix Slice

Ingredients

• Servings: 16
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 125 g unsalted butter
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1 cup self raising flour
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut
• 1 cup crushed weet-bix (4-5)
• icing
• 1 cup icing sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons milk (or to desired consistency)

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 160c.
• 2 lina a 20cm square slice tin.
• 3 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
• 4 press into tin hard.
• 5 bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
• 6 icing.
• 7 mix all three ingredients
• 8 pour over slice and allow to cool in tin.
