Chewy Chocolate Weetbix Slice

Ingredients
- Servings: 16
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 125 g unsalted butter
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup crushed weet-bix (4-5)
- icing
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons milk (or to desired consistency)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 160c.
- 2 lina a 20cm square slice tin.
- 3 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- 4 press into tin hard.
- 5 bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
- 6 icing.
- 7 mix all three ingredients
- 8 pour over slice and allow to cool in tin.
