Cranberry Blondies

Ingredients

- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped
Recipe
- 1 spray 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray, and preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 cream butter and add brown sugar gradually.
- 3 add eggs one at a time, beating constantly.
- 4 add vanilla, mix well.
- 5 sift together flour, oats, baking powder and salt.
- 6 add a little at a time to the wet mixture.
- 7 mix in chips, coconut, nuts and cranberries.
- 8 press into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- 9 cool before cutting.
