Devilish Minty Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (18 1/2 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• 3/4 cup coarsely chopped chocolate-covered mint candies

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°.
• 2 coat 2 cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
• 3 in a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed 3 to 4 minutes or until well blended.
• 4 with a spoon, stir in mint candies.
• 5 drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto the cookie sheets.
• 6 bake 9-11 minutes or until firm.
• 7 transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
• 8 store in an airtight container.
